Our ongoing greenfield and ground-up estate development will deliver about 350 units of housing at 3 different locations in Abuja FCT. The approved housing types for our estates includes fully detached duplex, terrace duplex, semi-detached duplex. All our estates are strategically located at fast developing area of the Federal Capital Territory with close proximity to the Abuja Central Business District, and access to major expressways, and ultra-modern residential estate amenities.

Meet Engr. Gabriel Etalong, the Chief Executive Director and Managing Director of Golden Jezzyaltar Properties & Investment Limited. Engr. Etalong is a passionate entrepreneur with over ten years of experience in real estate development, project management, and building technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from the Department of Environmental Education, University of Calabar. He also holds an HND in Building Technology from the Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa State, Nigeria, as well as a professional recognition from the Institute of Corporate Administration. He is a dedicated entrepreneur committed to closing the gap in real estate development across Africa. He enjoys working with inspired and driven teams of professionals in the property development industry. Engr. Etalong is also passionate about continuous learning, developing new skills, and embracing challenges in the areas of green economy and sustainable development. Through his leadership and vision, he continues to contribute meaningfully to the growth and transformation of the real estate sector.
Meet Engineer Mrs. Etalong, the Executive Director, Project Management & Administration at Golden Jezzyaltar Properties & Investment Ltd. A graduate of the University of Calabar, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Department of Marine Science (Institute of Oceanography). She also holds an HND in Building Technology from the Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa State, Nigeria. With over ten years of experience in real estate development and project management, her attention to detail and pragmatic approach to project management have been instrumental in the development of the company’s greenfield and ground-up real estate projects. In her role, she coordinates tasks, works closely with suppliers and subcontractors, maintains project schedules, and contributes significantly to budget control and effective project delivery. She is passionate about work-life balance and time management. A dedicated team leader, she combines professionalism with a good sense of humor, fostering a productive and positive working environment.
Arc Jonathan Abah is the Head, Architecture & Project Designs, at Golden Jezzyaltar Properties & Investment Ltd. He studied Architecture at Kaduna Polytechnic, and is registered with ARCON as an Architectural Technician. He has more that fifteen years’ experience and has undergone several on-the-job trainings that makes him one of the most sought-after architect and project manager. His areas of practice include architectural designs, project engineering, land surveying and real estate development project management. Apart from serving as the Head of Project Designs with Golden Jezzyaltar Properties, he also doubles as CEO of Jomaidos Global Services, an Architectural firm committed to transforming building dreams into reality, using the tools and technology of modern architecture.
Surveyor Osajie is passionate about the concepts of mapping, managing, and creating habitable and sustainable environment through professional surveying. He is a graduated from the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo state, and the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State. He holds a Certificate of National Diploma (N.D), Higher National Diploma (HND) and Post Graduate Degree (PGD). Sr. Osajie is a registered member of the Surveyor Registration Council of Nigeria (SURCON). He has a very rich experience in the field of geographic information systems (AGIS), data science, engineering, building construction, road construction and urban planning and management. He is a team-player, a goal-getter and passionate about sustainable development.
